By accessing or using ChainForge, available at chainforge.pro and related domains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ChainForge is a platform that enables users to create, manage, and execute AI prompt chains. The Service allows you to connect to various AI providers using your own API keys and automate multi-step AI workflows.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with the terms of service of each third-party provider
• You are responsible for all costs associated with API usage
• ChainForge is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or pricing
• You grant ChainForge permission to use your API keys solely to provide the Service

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided as outlined in our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Generate spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unethical purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7.1 Our Rights: The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloads, interfaces, code, and other content (collectively, "ChainForge Content"), as well as the selection, coordination, arrangement, and organization of such content, are owned by The Art Of Living Media LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Rights: You retain all ownership rights to any content, data, chains, prompts, or other materials you create, upload, or store using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

7.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless expressly permitted by law or you have our written permission.

7.4 Trademarks: "ChainForge" and our logos are trademarks of The Art Of Living Media LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAINFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Art Of Living Media LLC, ChainForge, and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state where The Art Of Living Media LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and The Art Of Living Media LLC for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

14.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@chainforge.pro. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.

14.2 Arbitration Agreement: If we can't resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

14.3 Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14.4 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and us individually. To the full extent permitted by law, no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other, no class arbitration proceedings shall be permitted, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChainForge regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17.1 Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. Free trials may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

17.2 Subscription Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

17.3 No Refunds: After the 14-day refund period, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
